Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about Canada-wide online delivery, program structure, workshops, learner support, registration, and how we handle personal data. If you do not find what you need, use the registration form below and our team will reply within 1 business day.
Are programs available throughout Canada?
Yes. All programs are delivered online and are available to learners across every province and territory in Canada. Because delivery is virtual, learners can join from any location with a stable internet connection and a modern browser.
When a program includes scheduled sessions (such as a live workshop or webinar), we provide the session time in a clear format and confirm time zone details during registration.
Do I need previous experience?
No. Programs are structured so beginners can follow along without prior training, while experienced learners can use the exercises to tighten existing habits and outputs.
The learning approach stays practical: short lessons followed by deliberate practice. Typical exercises produce workplace artifacts such as a meeting agenda, a decision log, a simple RACI matrix, a scope statement, or a weekly prioritisation plan.
Are workshops delivered online?
Yes. Workshops are conducted virtually. If a workshop has participation requirements (for example, pre-reading or a template to download), we share them in advance so learners can arrive ready to participate.
Workshops focus on skill practice, not consulting. The goal is to teach repeatable methods learners can apply independently in their own workplace context.
Are learning materials included?
Yes. Educational materials are included with every program, including downloadable resources and practical templates when applicable. Materials are designed to be reusable, so learners can keep using them after the program ends.
Examples include: communication templates, planning checklists, meeting structures, stakeholder update formats, and lightweight project tracking tools.
Are certificates available?
Selected programs include a certificate of completion. A certificate of completion confirms that a learner has participated in the learning activities for that program.
Certificates are educational and are not government-recognised professional licences, regulated certifications, or a guarantee of employment outcomes.
Does BdB Hold B.V. provide consulting services?
No. BdB Hold B.V. provides educational services only. We do not provide consulting, financial services, legal services, accounting, investment services, recruitment, employment placement, healthcare services, immigration services, software development, engineering services, or government-recognised certification services.
Learner support is limited to explaining educational materials, clarifying terminology, and helping learners navigate exercises. It does not involve advising on business decisions or handling regulated matters.
Do educational programs guarantee employment or promotions?
No. Participation in educational programs does not guarantee employment, promotions, certifications, business success, or financial outcomes. Learning is a practical input; results depend on role requirements, workplace context, and how the learner applies concepts over time.
Our materials are designed to improve clarity and execution—things like documentation quality, meeting structure, task triage, and stakeholder updates—without implying a specific career or financial result.
How do I register?
Registration is completed through the secure online registration form. You select a program, share basic contact details, and add any context that helps us route your request (for example, preferred workshop topic or timeframe).
After submission, our learner support team reviews the request, confirms receipt, and responds with registration instructions for the selected format (self-paced or scheduled). Typical response time is within 1 business day.
Is learner support available?
Yes. Educational support is available throughout every learning program. Support typically includes clarifying lesson content, explaining templates, and helping learners interpret instructions for exercises.
Support does not include consulting, legal advice, financial advice, recruitment, or employment placement. Learners remain responsible for decisions and for applying acquired knowledge appropriately.
How do you handle privacy and contact data?
